The whole thing takes about four minutes, and your tan keeps developing over the next few hours.

The four easy poses
Once your session starts, a voice guide and an on-screen diagram talk you through four simple poses. Here is what each one looks like, so you know exactly what to expect.

What to expect on your first visit
If it is your first spray tan, there is nothing to be nervous about. From the moment you arrive you are on your own, in a private booth, with no technician and no one watching. The app and the booth guide you through every step.
Before you step into the booth
- Pop your belongings down and remove any jewellery
- Put on a hair net, keeping your ears and hairline visible
- Apply barrier cream to your hands, tops of your feet and any dry areas
- Add a pair of sticky feet if you would like
Once you are in the booth, pick your shade on the screen, stand on the marked spots, and follow the voice prompts through four easy poses. The nozzles do the spraying, the heated jets dry you, and you are done in about four minutes. Everything you need is supplied, so there is nothing to bring. Each session includes a disposable hair net, barrier and blending cream, a disposable G-string, personal wipes, sticky feet and tanning stickers.
After your tan, your colour keeps developing over the next few hours. Wear something dark and loose, avoid water and sweat for the recommended time, and you will see your full glow once it has settled. It really is that simple.

Exfoliate the day before, shave or wax 24 hours ahead, and arrive with clean, dry skin, free of makeup, moisturiser and deodorant.
After
Wear dark, loose clothing, avoid water, sweat and tight clothes for the recommended time, then moisturise daily to keep your glow.
