Exfoliate the day before
Use an oil-free exfoliator the day before your tan for the smoothest, most even result.
Shave or wax 24 hours ahead
Give your skin time to settle. Shaving or waxing right before can irritate pores and affect the finish.
Arrive with clean, dry skin
No makeup, moisturiser, deodorant, or perfume. Freshly showered and completely dry is best.
Wear dark, loose clothing
Bring something easy to slip on after your session, dark colours and loose fits are ideal while the tan develops.

Yes. You'll need the Sugarcoat app to book and access the studio. Download it free from the App Store or Google Play, create an account in under a minute, and you're ready to go.
When you arrive, check in on the app and hold your phone to the Bluetooth reader at the door. It'll unlock automatically. No keys, no codes, no waiting.
You can cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your booking through the app with no charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Yes. Our Unley studio is open 24/7, so you can tan at any hour, day or night. Off-peak tans between 12.30am and 3.30am are just $25.
Casual tans are $50 at peak times and just $25 off-peak between 12.30am and 3.30am. Packs and memberships bring it down to around $30 to $45 a tan.

The entire experience is automated: no technician, no staff, no awkward moments. You book via the app, tap your phone to enter, and the booth guides you through everything with voice prompts. It's private, efficient, and completely hands-off.
An automated spray tan booth applies your tan for you, with no technician and no hand held spray gun. You step into a private booth, the nozzles apply an even mist, a voice guide walks you through four poses, and you are done in about 4 minutes.
The booth gives the same even, professional coverage every time, with no streaks and no missed spots. It is also completely private, so there is no standing in front of a technician.
Spray tanning is UV free and completely safe. Commercial solariums, the UV sunbeds, are banned across Australia, so a contactless spray tan is the safe way to get a glow.
Most clients enjoy their glow for 5 to 7 days, depending on your skin type and how you prep and maintain it. Exfoliating beforehand and moisturising daily afterward will help extend the life of your tan.
Exfoliate the day before, and shave or wax at least 24 hours ahead. Arrive with clean, dry skin, free of makeup, moisturiser, deodorant and perfume, and wear dark, loose clothing.
Everything you need: the booth is pre-loaded with your chosen formula, the voice guide talks you through the poses, heated drying jets warm and dry you before you step out, and a disposable hair cap is available. Just bring yourself (and dark loose clothes for after).
